DONT U WISH UR GF WAS HOT LIKE ME

Aaaaand it's another costume I made for Katsucon 2010 last month: the Witch from Left 4 Dead. Some friends of mine wanted to do a group of the main monsters from the game and it was suggested that I do the skinny emo one with the fabulous manicure. I don't know about everyone else but I love love love grimy nasty icky gross costumes where I don't need to worry about having nice makeup and hair. Or, in this case, wearing really uncomfortable shoes.

There was surprisingly little "sewing" involved in this thing and more of "tea dying underwear and throwing paint around haphazardly in my garage". The only parts of my body that are painted are my face, neck, hands and feet. The rest is all a bodysuit that I airbrushed so I wouldn't have to go through the nightmare of washing off all that kryolan. I made each individual nail from wire, packaging tape, and red paint. The wig was once my Alice Elliot wig, which I have pictures of somewhere in my gallery, but am way too lazy to go and look for it right now. It was plenty busted when I started to work on it, so all I did was add some paint and coloring spray and lots of minty fresh blood that didn't taste so minty.

Holy CRAP!!! This is AWESOME!!!!

I love L4D I've seen people do pictures and all that but this is the first cosplay I've seen and it's awesome
